The weather was perfect last Friday for the first NLARA Summer Social at UCAN’s Petria’s Place Healing Garden, where our program partners gathered to enjoy food, sunshine, and fun in the spirit of networking and relaxation.

Stories were shared about the successes and challenges of providing high-quality recreational programs for youth, while also highlighting opportunities for future partnerships.

Thanks to everyone who joined the NLARA Board of Directors, and to NLARA Program Manager Jason Daniels for quarterbacking the effort. We must—and will—do it again!
