The six-hour experience blended skill-building drills, hands-on coaching, and classroom leadership sessions — creating space for both athletic and personal growth.
A major highlight was a personal visit from former Chicago Bulls star Joakim Noah, founder of Noah’s Arc Foundation. Noah didn’t just stop by — he fully engaged. He ran drills, shared motivational insights, encouraged the girls one-on-one, and stayed to sign autographs and take photos.
He was joined by Jewell Loyd of the Las Vegas Aces, whose thoughtful advice and supportive presence left a lasting impression on the participants.
With another camp set for January 31 at UCAN, organizers expect the momentum — and impact — to keep building well beyond the court.
